What is it?

-A sound bath is a form of meditation or relaxation where participants lay down or sit comfortably while being immersed in various sound frequencies produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing tools. The aim is to induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, and promote healing through the vibrational qualities of sound.

What are the benefits?

-Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing mindfulness, deepening meditation, and promoting emotional release and spiritual growth through entrainment of brainwaves to slower frequencies. May reduce inflammation, cortisol levels for better sleep, balances both sides of the brain, balances heart rate and respiratory rate.
