We do not overfill our classes- we offer a small group fitness experience to ensure you are getting individualized attention and place focus on performing the exercises correctly.

Unlimited HIIT

Designed for beginners and those with prior injuries that need to build core foundation and movement. Our Unlimited HIIT class is designed to build your foundations for movement, core strength and balance. Our circuits will challenge you mentally and physically in a safe environment. We push you to your limits to make you stronger physically and mentally aware of your body.

Unlimited Boot Camp

Designed for intermediate to advanced students. Our Unlimited Bootcamp class is designed to challenge your body and mind to your ultimate limits. We put a lot of emphasis on postural integrity and breathing properly while putting your body through a circuit workout to focus on better function, body mechanics and prevent injury. We push you to your limits to make you stronger physically and mentally.

Obstacle Course Race Training

The OCRT class is designed to prepare you for most OCRs such as Spartan Race. Obstacles such as ring swing, Z-Wall, Rope climb, spear throw, Hercules hoist and more are simulated here at our studio. Running is involved and at times we take our training to Astoria Park. If your looking to prep for an OCR or just want a different challenge, then this class is for you!!

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great way to lose weight and build muscle and endurance. Our kickboxing classes are designed to teach you basic kickboxing techniques and progress to combinations by working with heavy bags or mitts. Build core strength, muscle tone and increase your endurance with our kickboxing classes.

One of the hottest and most enjoyable ways to workout and get in shape is Zumba®! Take your body through a 50 min journey of some of the hottest and sexiest moves today! A mix of today’s top songs will help you to lose weight, tone up and have fun doing it.

Tai Chi

UBNY Tai Chi class combines various Qigong forms and a simple Tai Chi form (Chen and Yang Style). Qigong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice designed to open energy pathways and increase internal energy (Qi) flow. Tai Chi is a form of “moving meditation” practiced with slow, relaxed, and flowing movements. This class is excellent for beginners of any age, and for those who want a low-impact whole-body exercise.

A full body workout to gain stability for knees, back, and core using light weights and your own body to build elongated muscles. You will see immediate results in tone and strength.

Mat Pilates

Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress in your practice, you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, and body awareness. Mat Pilates is perfect for beginners because you only need your own body, a Mat, and some floor space to start
