Astoria Boot Camp

Our Boot Camp classes are designed to challenge your body and mind to your ultimate limits. We put a lot of emphasis on postural integrity and breathing properly while putting your body through a circuit workout to focus on better function, body mechanics and prevent injury. We push you to your limits to make you stronger physically and mentally aware of your body.

Our programs include but are not limited to cardio, strength, speed, agility and explosive power. We use mostly your body weight, TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, battle ropes and rowing machines to give you the ultimate full body experience.
